Google places the map of these businesses on the top of the page before all of the other google results.

Imagine how much traffic a pizza restaurant in Chicago would get from being listed in the Google 3-Pack.

Well, I'll tell you…nearly 1 million people search "Pizza Chicago" every single month.

Not only will they make a ton of money, but they can cut their advertising expenses because of all the organic traffic they will start getting.

You'll be able to charge $500-$1,500 per month to get businesses in the Google 3-Pack. With just 8 businesses hiring you, you'll be making 6 figures!

Step one is to sign up for a site like Fiverr where you can put your skills to work.

You can make money in any niche on this site, while charging as low as $5 to hundreds of dollars per transaction.

Once you've determined the service you want to offer, look around to see what other freelancers are charging.

How much can you charge?

You will want to charge less than them and focus on getting at least five positive reviews.

It's alright to charge less now because the positive reviews and five star ratings are going to win you business in the long-run.

I strongly advise you to make a 30 second introduction video explaining the benefit of working with you.

If a customer is deciding between you and another seller who just has a picture explaining their services, you will win that deal every time.

You can also look into freelance sites like Upwork and Flexjobs to make a full-time income online without having to search for customers.

The jobs available cover a wide range, including web and graphic design, logo creation, consultant work, voiceovers, and much more.

3. House Hacking

Everyone and their mother should consider house hacking as a way to dip your toes into real estate.

Okay, maybe this doesn't belong on the list because this is only partially done online, but it's definitely worth mentioning!

House hacking is when you purchase a property (typically multi-unit such as a duplex) and rent out the other unit you're not living in.

You can essentially live for FREE and start saving up for your next investment property!

If you want to make money doing this, do this:

• Get an FHA 30-year fixed loan (down payment is only 3.5%)!!
• Purchase a multi-unit property
• Rent out the half you're not living in for 12 months
• Rent out a bedroom in your half for 12 months
• After 12 months, move out and rent your bedroom out.
• Repeat with a new property

Can you do this with little money?

Yes, you won't be living a lavish lifestyle and will have to live frugally for a few years. But imagine doing this with 2-3 properties.

Now, you're cash-flowing all of these properties, meaning your tenants are paying your mortgage plus there's additional profit you get to pocket each month.

If you decide to start a blog, make sure you start it the right way.

Be very careful with the advice you see when you google how to start a blog.

You will likely get outdated tactics or strategies that worked 10 years ago.

Things like filling out surveys or spamming your website visitors with a crazy number of ads.

With limited traffic, ads will scare your visitors away and we all know that survey sites won't make you rich.

If you have a full-time job or kids at home, you have limited hours in the day to take advantage of. You have to be able to scale your processes.

Here's the truth:

90% of bloggers are failing because they follow outdated blogging advice.

Another 5% are listening to good advice, but fail because they don't want to put in the work.

SEO is a long-term game and building your brand takes time.

But what if you want to make money this year?

The blogging gurus online claim that is often takes 12-18 months before you'll begin you make any profit from your blog.

This is why you need to do your due diligence and start a blog the right way.

Now, you have a professional looking blog and are ready to start monetizing.

There are two things I'd recommend depending on your skill set and comfort level.

The first is to become a consultant and sell your services.

If you're blog is about how to make money blogging, then you would create a funnel and find people or businesses to pay you money for guidance on this topic.

This is probably the fastest and best way to make money with zero traffic when you first start out.

The second way is to utilize Pinterest and to drive traffic to your blog.

Pinterest is not only for looking at recipes anymore, it is a full-blown search engine with boat loads of potential.

I had no prior experience with Pinterest and was able to gain 28,000 monthly viewers in my first month using it.

That's 28,000 potential visitors to my blog, landing page, sales funnel, etc.

[UPDATE 11/16/20 - I now have over 34,000 monthly visitors on Pinterest!]

My success is due to using Tailwind. Tailwind allows you to automate your pins so that your account is posting new content all the time.

I'm now only spending 1 hour on Pinterest per week instead of per day.

There are three key steps to be a successful blogger:

Choose your blog's niche based on audience potential, professional leverage, and market demand (if you're just doing this for the money).

Outsource some of your content and SEO efforts.

Yes, you might have to spend a little money on this. Scale your backlink acquisition and Domain Authority (DA) faster.

Monetize at the right point in your blog's lifecycle, ads and affiliate marketing are useless if you don't have traffic.

However, with traffic these could bring huge profits.

When you want to begin affiliate marketing, become an Amazon Associate to promote products.

Amazon has any type of product you can think of.

It's also got brand recognition behind it. If people trust you or the brand, they are much more likely to buy.

My last recommendation

If you have a website/blog for yourself or your business, it is EXTREMELY important that you are making sure your blog is legal and includes all of the provisions you need to protect yourself.

How to get started:

It will ask you simple questions like your investing goals, your comfort level with risk, and an estimated time limit to achieve your goals.

You have to answer these questions, and then Acorns will help you as per your preferences.

They even have an awesome feature where you can invest your spare change. This can be done automatically when you link your debit card to the app.

Let's say you spend $17.30 on gas, Acorns will automatically round it up to $18 and invest the extra .70 cents in the stock market for you.

Investment features are similar to other robo-advisors.

10. Try Online Coaching and Sell Your Advice

Similar to consulting within your blog and selling freelance services, you can also become a coach in an area you specialize in.

There are endless amounts of people that will pay you for your expertise and intimate 1 on 1 coaching.

Online coaching may not be the most scalable, but it is a great way to build an online business

There are however ways to scale your coaching services. Once you've developed these close relationships and loyal clients, you can create a paid course down the road.

You not only have a list of warm leads interested in this topic, but leads that already and worked and trust your expertise.

This should be an easy sale down the road.

How do you find potential students or customers?

Unlike your blog, you don't even have to be driving a ton of traffic to have success coaching.

Start with community driven platforms like Clarity.fm and Coach.me provide you with a network of potential clients to interact with, as well an integrated payment solution.

No matter what niche you're in, omnichannel marketing is the key to scale. Why only utilize Facebook or Ebay when 80% of your customers are somewhere else?

Other platforms to focus on:

Make sure to take advantage of Instagram and Pinterest. If you're selling crafts or something you've designed, sell it on Etsy.

Heck, you can even sell your products on Craigslist.

It's a free listing that will attract many eyeballs back to your website.

Don't overlook niche platforms relevant to your industry either.

For example, if you're selling clothes, use google to determine what other platforms are popular options.

If you want to learn how to make a lot of money online, you need to start by understanding your target market and which platforms they hang out on.

So, let's say you sell crafty items made for in the kitchen, you'd want to focus a lot of your time on sites like Etsy or Pinterest.

If you're selling car parts, your target market probably isn't hanging out on Pinterest.

Once you begin using multiple platforms with varying credentials, it may seem overwhelming.

Don't worry, just find ways to be more efficient.

More than half a billion products are sold on Amazon every month.

Private labeling is the area I believe has the highest potential, but also the most competition.

This is basically where you source products from a manufacturer like Alibaba and re-brand them to be your own.

You've likely bought something from a private seller before.

The key to success happens before you make your first sale!

Product research is half the battle.

You will never be successful with Amazon FBA if you have a bad product, even if you're a marketing and sales genius.

However, if you find a product in demand, create a good listing with appealing pictures, and understand how to do competitor research, you can create a passive income like you've never experienced before.

Don't expect overnight success with Amazon FBA.

It usually takes weeks or months to make your first sale between product research and long ship times if sent internationally.

My last recommendation

Choose something that can't be bought at stores like Walmart.

My first product was bamboo toothbrushes and it was a complete bust ($2,000 down the drain).

They never really stood a chance with such slim profit margins.

*I chose the toothbrushes below because they are environmentally friendly, but didn't realize they were packaged in plastic tubes...brilliant Jordan....brilliant!

Aim for something you can sell between the $20-$50 range so it can be an impulse buy, but also enough room for profit margins.

Also, find something that the buyer only thinks they can get from you.

If it's a generic watch or toy, they will likely pass on it.

Coding jobs are growing 50% faster than the market overall.

Whether you went to school for it, or are self-taught, you can start coding apps, chatbots, or even Alexa skills.

Conversational marketing is going to be the next big thing in the marketing industry.

But, artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) are still maturing.

With these changes comes a huge demand for people that can build, upgrade, maintain, and sell chatbots.

If you have skills in this area or are willing to learn, you can make a lot of money for yourself.

You can also make plenty of money online by coding new skills for Amazon Alexa.

Let's start with the regular photography.

All you need is a quality affordable camera.

You can then edit the images if needed and then sell your images on sites like Shutterstock.

You'll receive royalties every time someone licenses one of your images.

There are thousands of bloggers out there looking for new images to use.

I know I'm willing to invest in paid images to differentiate myself.

Making money with drones

You can find drones on Amazon for as little as $44.99, but I would recommend buying a high-quality drone.

You'll make way more money in the long-run and your drone will last years longer.

To make money with video, you'll need to invest in quality hardware, whether it's a 360-degree camera, VR technology, or a drone.

Thankfully the costs are going down rapidly, and you can get a high-quality drone on Amazon for less than $800.

You'll also want to get this memory card for whichever drone you decide on.

What to do after buying your drone

The process will be very similar to regular photography where you submit stock photos and receive royalties in return.

The key with drone footage is that you'll have much less competition. Thus, it will be easier to differentiate yourself.

I'd also recommend creating your own photography website where you own 100% of the content instead of submitting to third party sites.

It's best to do these simultaneously as you won't have any website traffic when you first begin.
